Full Job Description We are seeking a professional and highly organised Office Manager / Front of House team member to join a well-established real estate office based in West Melbourne. This role is the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and landlords, playing a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with both the Property Management and Sales teams, providing essential administrative and coordination support. Property Management experience is highly desirable, as the role involves supporting a busy PM team and assisting with tenancy-related communication and processes. This is a fast-paced, professional environment where strong communication, organisation, and presentation are essential. THE ROLE Approx. $70,000-$80,000 per year Act as the first point of contact for phone, email, and in-person enquiries Provide administrative and coordination support to Property Management and Sales teams Assist with tenant and landlord communication and basic property-related support tasks Support with document preparation, data entry, and system updates Ensure the office is professional, organised, and client-ready at all times Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow coordination Close to public transport ABOUT YOU: Previous real estate or Property Management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, develop, and take ownership of your role Current Agent’s Representative Certificate This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the central support hub of a busy real estate office and thrives in a professional, team-focused environment.
